This role is for an enthusiastic IT professional who will act as a Vocational Partner and Trainer, leveraging their passion for IT and digitalization to guide and inspire the next generation of IT specialists. The successful candidate will lead, coach, and develop students and apprentices in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, and Business Informatics, utilizing a modern, personalized training concept. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting technical learning units (e.g., Coding Projects, KI Labs), implementing new technologies like Cloud and AI applications to ensure 'Digital Fluency,' and actively collaborating with IT departments and business units to integrate future-oriented skills. This position requires strong technical expertise in the IT environment, pedagogical skills, and a commitment to shaping one of Germany's most modern vocational training programs, driving systemic change and innovation in education.
