Job Summary

This role involves providing high-quality IT service and support to private and business customers, primarily focusing on technical infrastructure management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of technical systems, often performed remotely or in the workshop, but also occasionally on-site. Key tasks include providing First-Level Support, troubleshooting PC issues, and managing Windows client and server systems and networks. Beyond technical duties, the role requires participation in sales, order acceptance, customer relationship management, and hardware/software consulting. Applicants must possess a relevant technical IT qualification or extensive experience in an IT system house, coupled with strong German language skills and a service-oriented, communicative approach to customer interaction.
