Job Summary
This role is perfect for a student of Computer Science or Business Informatics looking to gain practical experience in IT service and sales. The successful candidate will work up to 20 hours per week, focusing on technical infrastructure management, including the installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of client and server systems, primarily in the workshop or via remote support, but occasionally on-site at customer locations. Key responsibilities also involve First-Level Support and active participation in sales, including order intake, managing existing customer relationships, and new customer acquisition. Applicants must possess strong knowledge of Windows client and server systems/networks, excellent German language skills, and a service-oriented approach.
