Job Summary

This Senior Security Specialist role places you at the forefront of protecting executive assets and sensitive information within an international environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring technical counter-surveillance globally by conducting comprehensive security audits and measurement checks in sensitive areas. You will continuously optimize security processes, perform detailed security analyses in telecommunications, and develop holistic security concepts for executive residences, integrating architectural, technical, and organizational security aspects. A key part of the role involves managing and coordinating external security service providers, monitoring the effectiveness of all implemented measures, and advising executive management on critical security matters. You will also lead awareness measures for executives and support confidential investigations into security incidents. To succeed, you must possess a Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical or Information Security), combined with at least five years of professional experience in technical security, ideally including Executive Protection. This position requires the highest levels of discretion, strong leadership competence, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
