Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Construction Site Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, focusing on heavy current/power systems. As the primary on-site contact for customers, you will be responsible for the entire power distribution process, from the transformer to the final socket, actively shaping the future of building technology. Day-to-day tasks involve providing technical support to on-site technicians (in the Chemnitz/Leipzig area), overseeing the installation and commissioning of high-voltage systems, and meticulously planning resources, timelines, and availability. You will manage risks and opportunities to ensure timely project completion. Key responsibilities also include creating and processing measurement and performance records, conducting system acceptance tests with customers, and participating in site briefings and status meetings. Success requires strong organizational skills, cooperative teamwork, deep knowledge of electrical energy systems, and strict adherence to quality and safety regulations.
