Job Summary

This role is for a Lead Frontend Engineer specializing in Angular, responsible for shaping the technological future of digital mobility solutions within Hacon, a part of Siemens Mobility. Day-to-day, you will be tasked with the strategic alignment and hands-on implementation of modern Angular-based frontend architecture. A core function involves establishing company-wide development standards and best practices for secure operations, potentially leveraging tools like Docker and Kubernetes, while integrating modern AI technologies. You will act as a technical mentor, guiding Angular development teams, fostering knowledge transfer, and ensuring seamless collaboration across UX, Backend, and DevOps teams. The ideal candidate possesses more than eight years of focused frontend experience, ideally having served in a Tech Lead capacity, and holds a degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
