Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of complex assembly projects involving low and medium voltage systems for energy supply and distribution. The manager will take full responsibility for project execution, spanning installation, commissioning, and final customer handover. Key daily tasks include participating in site briefings, coordinating with customers and authorities, ensuring site safety through risk assessments, and managing resources, schedules, and budgets. You will also provide technical leadership to fitters and trainees and identify and negotiate additional services requested by the customer. The ideal candidate possesses a technical vocational qualification, such as an Electronics Technician for Operational Technology, coupled with several years of relevant experience in primary and secondary technology assembly. Professional experience leading low and medium voltage construction projects is essential. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, assertiveness, and fluency in German, offering the opportunity to drive efficiency and sustainability within Siemens Smart Infrastructure.

Required Skills

Education

Successful completion of technical vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Operational Technology or similar technical field.

Experience

  • Several years of relevant experience in the assembly of primary and secondary technology.
  • Professional experience in leading construction projects for medium and low voltage electrical engineering, including auxiliary systems (e.g., transformers).
