Job Summary

This role as a Commissioning Specialist for Safety and Security Systems involves driving the successful implementation of hazard detection systems, primarily focusing on fire and intrusion alarms, across the Berlin and Brandenburg region. Day-to-day responsibilities include the on-site installation and timely commissioning of these systems, conducting rigorous functional tests according to standards like DIN EN 14675 and VDE 0833, and managing the commissioning of associated IT components. You will also engage directly with clients regarding service acceptance and future service needs, and support the digitization efforts for remote service connectivity. The ideal candidate possesses multi-year experience in the installation and maintenance of security technology, specialized knowledge in programming fire and intrusion alarm systems, and a strong understanding of relevant industry norms (VDE, VdS).
