Job Summary

This role involves leading high-value bid and execution projects for 16.7 Hz railway power converters, primarily serving the leading German railway power supplier. The Project Manager will be responsible for analyzing complex tenders, developing profitable solution concepts, and independently steering execution teams, including engineering staff, suppliers, and cross-functional partners. Projects typically involve volumes in the double-digit millions. Key responsibilities include ensuring close coordination across departments, contributing proactively to continuous process improvement, and implementing knowledge transfer for future projects. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership, and deep technical knowledge in electrical engineering and power supply systems.
