This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to provide critical 3rd Level Technical Support for advanced Photovoltaic (PV) and Storage Inverter Energy Systems. The core responsibilities involve analyzing and resolving complex technical inquiries and system disturbances, ensuring seamless technical support throughout the entire product lifecycle. A key function is performing rigorous root cause analysis on both new and recurring failure patterns, collaborating closely with R&D, Quality Management, and Product Management teams to implement product improvements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Energy Technology and possesses long-term professional experience in technical support, ideally within PV or power electronics. Success in this position requires expert knowledge in log data analysis, diagnostic tools, and the ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and service instructions.
