Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Lead in Electrical Engineering, tasked with autonomously managing complex, large-scale construction projects across Southern Germany. The focus is on implementing advanced electrical systems, encompassing general energy technology, low-voltage, medium-voltage, safety, and data technology, often within a framework aimed at creating sustainable, intuitive ecosystems. Key daily responsibilities include defining comprehensive project strategies, coordinating work and assembly planning, and overseeing all project phases from initiation through completion. You will monitor progress and quality, manage the technical project team, commission external subcontractors and suppliers, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, consortium partners, and management. Success requires profound expertise in electrical energy systems, initial leadership experience, and a structured approach to project controlling, risk management, and contractual obligations. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed technical degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electrical Energy Technology or Electrical Energy Systems. Alternatively, comparable vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician.

Experience

  • Long-term project management experience in the construction or operation of electro-technical systems
  • Initial technical leadership experience
  • Profound knowledge in electrical energy technology and electrical energy systems
  • Professional experience utilizing MS Project and MS Office
  • Project Management certification (Desirable)

  • Willingness to travel/deployment for assignments in Southern Germany. Valid passenger car driver's license.
