Job Summary

This role involves independently leading nationwide projects in Building Automation, focusing on creating Smart Buildings through the networking of systems and intelligent data processing. The Project Manager will coordinate projects for new construction, expansion, modernization, or migration of Building Automation systems from start to finish. Key responsibilities include defining project strategy, planning phases, and ensuring execution meets technical, economic, and time-related objectives while managing risks and opportunities. The successful candidate will act as the primary customer interface, coordinating technical and organizational matters, and ensuring satisfaction even during the warranty phase. Essential qualifications include a technical degree or equivalent certification (Master Craftsman/Technician) in Building Automation/MCR technology, extensive project management experience in this field, and strong knowledge of HVAC systems, control cabinet construction, and relevant industry standards.
