Job Summary

This crucial role as Technical Manager, Traction Power Supply, involves driving project success by coordinating internal requirements and taking responsibility for complex technical project components, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, time, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include aligning technical solutions directly with international customers, creating detailed technical specifications and schedules, monitoring project budgets, and managing interface communication among all stakeholders. You will also coordinate project resources, provide regular reporting, and negotiate optimal conditions with suppliers. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field with an electrical focus, coupled with long-term professional experience in project management or project sales. Experience in rail infrastructure or working with large international transport/infrastructure companies is highly beneficial.
