Job Summary

As an Electrical Design Engineer at Siemens Mobility, you will be instrumental in developing advanced railway automation and electrification solutions. Your primary daily tasks involve creating detailed electrical circuit diagrams and drawings for complex electrical systems and components, utilizing the specialized engineering tool COMOS. This includes generating comprehensive circuit books, cable lists, terminal diagrams, and bills of materials. A key part of the role is the meticulous planning and controlling of your own engineering work packages, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards for large-scale projects and tenders. You will also manage technical clarifications with internal departments and project partners. The ideal candidate possesses professional training as an Electrical Technician, multi-year experience in creating electrical schematics across various voltage levels (LV/MV/HV), and specific expertise in COMOS and substation design.
