Day-to-day tasks involve evaluating market attractiveness, competitive positioning, and developing comprehensive market entry and expansion plans, including tailored value propositions. Collaboration with regional sales teams is essential for validating assumptions and ensuring successful local execution. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with extensive professional experience in business development, product management, or technical sales within the protection or automation domain. Success requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with agile methodologies, and proven expertise in go-to-market planning and lifecycle management.
