Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Specialist (System Integration) within the Production department of a major municipal IT service provider, focusing on production control and system operations. The specialist will be responsible for the administration and control of Linux and Windows server environments, including planning and executing system updates for both operating systems and specialized applications. A key responsibility is the support and administration of the Moodle Learning Management System. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system status, managing data backups, analyzing and resolving errors, and creating/maintaining documentation and batch scripts under Linux. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or IT certification (e.g., IT Specialist) and knowledge of client/server architectures, networking, and relational databases.
