This AI Consultant role is based within the FERCHAU Group's internal service and consulting team in Gummersbach, focusing on driving digital business transformation across the organization. The core responsibility involves leading and coordinating end-to-end AI projects, ensuring they align strategically with corporate objectives, and managing planning, budgeting, and monitoring. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into robust AI-based solution concepts. You will be actively identifying, prototyping, and implementing new AI solutions, utilizing expertise in Prompting, Generative AI, and Machine Learning. Furthermore, the role requires fostering a culture of innovation through internal formats like Prompting Sessions and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
