This full-time position requires an IT Service Technician to provide comprehensive onsite support for an established industrial company located in Nünchritz. The core responsibilities involve managing and maintaining client workstations and peripheral devices within Windows and iOS environments. Daily tasks include troubleshooting disruptions, performing fundamental software installations and assignments, and delivering essential 2nd Level Support for clients, printers, and mobile devices. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of various hardware components, including PCs, laptops, printers, and IP telephony systems. Crucially, the role requires initial exposure to networking concepts like switching and patch distribution. The ideal candidate must have good German language skills and a Class B driving license.
