Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated IT Service Technician to ensure a seamlessly functioning IT infrastructure within an international manufacturing environment located in Holzkirchen, Bavaria. The core responsibilities involve providing essential 1st and 2nd Level On-site Support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing application support for end-users. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring complete workstations, deploying software and Windows 10 operating systems, performing necessary updates, and training staff on new devices and applications.
