Job Summary
This role involves working as an IT Service Technician Operator focusing on IT Services and Engineering Solutions. The primary responsibilities include the permanent monitoring of selected IT systems and applications, immediate response to security threats, and rapid identification and isolation of warnings and errors within systems. The operator will also support specialist departments by taking over simple, routine IT tasks. A crucial part of the job is documenting operational processes, creating comprehensive IT documentation, and managing its qualification, classification, categorization, and prioritization. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), strong customer, solution, and service orientation, foundational knowledge of IT Operations, and practical experience implementing established ITIL processes and service concepts. The position offers an international environment, flat hierarchies, and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
