Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Expert specializing in Service Management, particularly focusing on ISO 20000 certification and audit standards. The professional will independently manage and execute projects aimed at achieving various certifications, including ISO 20000 and C5, for clients in the German industrial sector (automotive, chemical, and plastics). Day-to-day tasks involve supporting the Information Security team with certification standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, TISAX, ISAE, C5) and performing duties within the staff unit for Information Security, Data Protection, Quality, and Contract Management. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education, specialized training in Information Security Management, and practical experience in auditing and certification according to relevant ISO standards.
