Job Summary
This Service Delivery Manager role in Neckarsulm is a leadership opportunity focused on maintaining high-quality IT service delivery and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader responsible for the technical and disciplinary guidance of the IT Service Team. Day-to-day tasks include managing the entire escalation process, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and acting as the primary interface for key customers and contractual partners. You will also support the Enterprise Delivery Manager in contract matters and continuously drive the cross-departmental development of existing services. Key qualifications include a completed technical IT education and practical experience managing remote support, service desks, and ticket systems. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training, similar technical vocational training, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in Remote Support, Service Desk control, and utilizing ticket systems

- Experience with established service concepts and processes
- Leadership experience (technical and disciplinary guidance of an IT Service Team)
- Desirable experience with contracts (Work, Service), and Service/Operating Manuals
