Job Summary

As an Agile Quality Manager in Research & Development, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement of development processes, focusing on quality and efficiency. Your day-to-day will involve establishing transparency in development status, implementing and evolving agile methods across teams, and strengthening customer focus through feedback management and modern requirement engineering. You will foster a culture of open feedback and error handling, support product value streams with risk and root cause analyses, and coordinate internal/external audits. This role requires a professional with a strong background in hardware/software development and quality assurance, who can confidently moderate workshops and coach teams towards improved process quality and product maturity, all while contributing to a global QM community.
