This role involves leading a dedicated laboratory team focused on the rigorous analysis of active substances and formulated crop protection products within BASF's Agricultural Solutions division. The Team Leader is responsible for solving complex analytical challenges, working in close collaboration with R&D, operations, and regulatory teams, and participating in international project teams. Key qualifications include a PhD in (bio)chemistry or a related field, coupled with profound expertise in advanced analytical techniques such as chromatography (LC, GC) and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HR-MS) for organic molecules.
