Job Summary

This role involves leading a laboratory team focused on the analysis of active substances and formulated crop protection products within BASF's Agricultural Solutions division. The Team Leader will be responsible for solving complex analytical challenges, collaborating closely with R&D, operations, and regulatory teams, and participating in international project teams. A key aspect of the job is the independent management of internal and external resources while working within a scientific team with a strong business focus. The successful candidate will hold a PhD in (bio)chemistry or a related field, possess profound knowledge of chromatography and high-resolution mass spectrometry, and be digitally savvy and customer-oriented.
