The role requires a scientific university degree (Master or Diploma) in fields like Geodesy, Geoinformatics, or Computer Science, coupled with several years of professional experience in data and project management. Success in this position demands familiarity with Smart-City technologies, digital twins, and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across administration, politics, and external partners.
