Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite First Level Support Specialist based in East Munich, focusing on providing essential IT assistance and troubleshooting for existing installations. Key daily responsibilities include performing problem analysis and resolution, offering dedicated VIP support, managing issues related to media technology and print services, and executing necessary software rollouts and updates. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in an IT field such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, or comparable professional experience in support. Strong technical knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems, mobile devices, and printer administration is required. This full-time position offers an attractive salary package of up to 38,000.00 Euro annually and excellent public transport links, with the added benefit of no weekend work. The position starts as temporary employment with the potential for permanent takeover.
