Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT onsite support in an industrial environment, focusing on technical excellence and customer-specific solutions. The IT Onsite Technician will be responsible for installing and configuring desktop hardware and software, actively troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and various devices, and proactively communicating status updates to users regarding incident reports. Key daily tasks include monitoring network performance, initiating necessary steps to address bottlenecks, and acting as the central point of contact for all computer-related problems. Candidates should possess experience in IT support, particularly with Microsoft Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office 365, strong technical aptitude with PCs and peripherals, and solid knowledge of IT infrastructure. Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow, as well as knowledge of GMP/GxP environments, is advantageous. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary up to €50,000 and is initially a temporary placement with the option for permanent takeover.
