Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated IT Technician to join a field service team focusing on retail IT infrastructure in the greater Ingolstadt area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive support, maintenance, and repair of a retailer's branch IT systems, with a strong emphasis on Point of Sale (POS) systems and mobile devices. Daily tasks include handling support requests, installing, configuring, and maintaining client and server infrastructure, and ensuring the upkeep of network components, server hardware, and printers. Key requirements include a completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification, proven experience in IT system maintenance and repair, and high flexibility for on-call duty and occasional weekend work.
