Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Rollout Technician in Nuremberg for a company specializing in infrastructure solutions, service management, engineering, and migration, primarily serving pharmaceutical companies across Europe. Day-to-day responsibilities include close collaboration with the Asset Management team, systematically exchanging outdated devices, fully setting up new client workstations, managing data backup and transfer, and performing individual user customizations. You will also be responsible for tracking the return of old equipment. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant professional IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), coupled with technical and organizational understanding. Good proficiency in both German and English is required, along with experience in IT Support or a Service Desk environment.
