Job Summary

As a Construction Site Manager for Low and Medium Voltage Systems, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading complex installation projects in energy supply and distribution. This involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from assembly and commissioning to the final handover to the client. You will participate in site briefings, coordinate with clients, authorities, and other trades, and ensure workplace safety through risk assessments and training. A key part of the role is managing resources, schedules, and budgets, while also identifying and negotiating additional services. You will lead installation teams and apprentices, maintaining a strong focus on cost, timelines, and quality. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in electrical systems, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication to be the primary point of contact on site.
