As the Study Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of greenhouse studies focusing on environmental compatibility. Key daily tasks include the planning, organization, and execution of trials, the creation of detailed test plans and reports, and strict adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standards. You will also take technical and organizational ownership of a highly modern, fully automated, and climate-controlled greenhouse facility. Success in this role requires a completed degree in Agricultural Sciences or Plant Technology, proficiency in both German and English, and strong skills in using IT and statistical tools.
