Job Summary

This role as an Industrial Electrician or Plant Mechanic within the Municipal Building Management of Aachen involves ensuring the professional operation and maintenance of municipal buildings and technical facilities. Day-to-day tasks include performing mandatory electrical testing (DGUV V3/V4), constructing and modifying control cabinets, and utilizing circuit diagrams for complex troubleshooting and repair of electrical machinery and systems, including sensors and actuators. A significant part of the role involves the independent monitoring and maintenance of technical swimming pool systems, including participating in on-call duties, as well as maintaining technical fountain systems. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in the relevant field, demonstrate multiple years of industry experience, and exhibit a highly careful, self-reliant, and customer-oriented work ethic.
