Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced E&IC Construction Manager to oversee complex electrical, measurement, and control projects within chemical plant construction. The successful candidate will act as the crucial link between planning and execution, utilizing technical expertise, clear communication, and a strong focus on quality and safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and supervising E&IC assembly on site, managing subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. A key aspect of the role involves reviewing implementation documents, supporting commissioning activities, and rigorously enforcing occupational safety regulations and relevant industry norms (VDE, ATEX). This position offers the opportunity to apply specialized knowledge in chemical plant engineering within Akkodis’ Competence Center, contributing to comprehensive solutions across Basic and Detail Engineering, from initial feasibility studies through to final commissioning. Candidates must possess a degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or Automation and demonstrated experience in E&IC project construction management, coupled with a practical leadership style.
