Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking ownership of the technical services that form the backbone of Allane’s internal IT infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement. The Team Lead is responsible for core services including office network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Identity & Access Management (IAM), VPN solutions, endpoint deployment, and collaboration tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining team goals, organizing workflows, capacity planning, and resource balancing. A critical function is removing technical and organizational blockers for the team and successfully driving projects to completion, ensuring strict alignment with regulatory requirements such as DORA, BAIT, and internal security standards. The ideal candidate is a structured, grounded leader who values their team's expertise, leads by example, and possesses strong hands-on experience in capacity planning and stakeholder alignment, communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
