Job Summary

This role seeks a highly skilled (Senior) Manager to lead and enhance the organization's Information Security posture, focusing specifically on the financial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading ISMS initiatives and audits, ensuring strict compliance with regulations like DORA and BaFin, and managing comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) operations. Daily tasks include leading incident response, tracking critical KPIs and KRIs, and conducting thorough risk assessments. The role requires a degree in Information Security or Computer Science, coupled with 5+ years of experience in the field, particularly involving German financial regulations. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory. This position offers the chance to collaborate across departments to strengthen security within a leading European mobility solutions provider based in the Munich area.
