Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated Linux and Network Engineer to join a regional telecommunications provider in operating and continuously developing their critical VoIP switching platform. The core responsibility involves maintaining the stability, security, and smooth operation of thousands of daily telephone calls. Day-to-day tasks include providing 2nd and 3rd level technical support, conducting training and workshops for both internal teams and external partners, and collaborating with sales and product management to optimize existing solutions. Candidates should possess completed vocational training, significant comfort working in Linux environments, and solid knowledge of IP routing and switching. While experience with VoIP or similar technologies is beneficial, motivation to learn is prioritized, as comprehensive training will be provided. The position requires a self-reliant, responsible, and team-focused approach, along with participation in a separately compensated on-call rotation.
