Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Associate specializing in SAP Digitalization and Quotation Management to join Schmitt Engineering, a trusted partner in industrial technical expertise. The core responsibilities involve supporting the implementation and documentation of the SAP transition, specifically focusing on Nondestructive Testing (NDT) processes. You will actively participate in broader digitalization initiatives, such as optimizing digital workflows for reporting, deployment planning, and findings evaluation. A significant daily task includes creating detailed project quotes within SAP, involving the calculation of necessary tools, consumables, and personnel requirements, working closely with the project preparation team. Candidates must possess a completed technical degree or equivalent qualification, coupled with strong IT affinity and expert knowledge of SAP and the Microsoft Office suite. Success in this position requires excellent verbal and written proficiency in both German (B2+) and English, along with a team-oriented and solution-focused approach.
