Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineer specializing in Federal Construction within the BLB NRW, based in Münster. You will serve as the electrical systems expert within interdisciplinary teams, contributing to unique and complex public projects such as military bases, police facilities, and educational institutions across North Rhine-Westphalia. Daily responsibilities include developing construction documents, conducting feasibility studies, managing the planning, procurement, and billing of construction services, and rigorously overseeing the quality and performance of external engineering offices and contractors. Candidates must possess a degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in Electrical Engineering or Energy and Building Technology, or an equivalent qualification like a certified technician or master craftsman.
