This position is suitable for career changers (Quereinsteiger) with relevant professional experience who are IT-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to learn new application software, ensuring high customer satisfaction through structured and pragmatic problem-solving.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Electronics Specialist, IT Management Assistant, IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualification.
