Operator DNA Template Manufacturing Core Facility | BTA (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves the crucial manufacturing of DNA templates, which serve as the lead structure for mRNA production, utilizing standard molecular biological methods such as PCR and DNA purification. The operator is responsible for precise documentation using electronic data management systems (MES, LIMS) and paper-based manufacturing instructions, strictly adhering to SOPs and high hygiene and GMP standards. Key qualifications include a completed scientific-technical vocational training (e.g., Biology Laboratory Technician, MTA, BTA) or a Bachelor's degree in Biology, coupled with practical experience in molecular biological work (e.g., PCR, purification using Magnetic Beads). The position requires a willingness to work in shifts (Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM, with planned expansion to weekend work starting in 2026) and requires excellent German language skills.
