Job Summary

This role involves serving as the independent overall Project Lead for the crucial 'ERP Migration and Further Development' project, focusing on the transition to SAP S/4HANA within the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR). The Project Lead is responsible for the successful execution of the project, ensuring adherence to content, deadlines, and budget across all sub-projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating sub-project leads, developing and maintaining the target concept in collaboration with stakeholders, analyzing work processes, and managing external service providers. The ideal candidate must possess a university degree (Master's equivalent) in fields like Business Informatics or Public Management, coupled with at least five years of proven experience in both classic and modern project management, particularly within an ERP environment. This is a five-year fixed-term contract offering mobile working flexibility and a focus on agility and digital transformation within a federal agency.
