Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting their end customer, Michelin. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency by updating PCs and mobile devices, troubleshooting PC functionalities, and resolving service requests primarily through a ticket system (ServiceNow). Daily tasks include managing hardware deliveries (receiving, disposal, and administration) and providing general support as requested by the team leader or Customer Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in IT systems integration or electronics, coupled with practical experience in ticket processing and managing Windows-based hardware and mobile devices. Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WLAN, cabling) is required, along with excellent German and good English skills, offering a clear path to permanent employment and excellent career prospects.

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Experience in ticket processing via ServiceNow
  • Experience managing common hardware and software related to Windows and mobile devices
  • Basic knowledge in networking
