Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Technician to support one of Europe's leading IT service providers, specifically assisting their end customer, the BWI, which services the Federal Police. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive hardware management, from receiving, storage, and documentation (including visual inspection and labeling) to inventory organization and restocking. A core function involves processing support tickets via the customer's system, generating statistics for regular meetings, and performing end-user troubleshooting, component replacement, and coordinating external manufacturer support. You will also be responsible for preparing and handing over new hardware components to the Federal Police operations department. Successful candidates must possess completed vocational training, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with practical experience in hardware handling, patching, and device administration.
