Job Summary

This role is designed for a dedicated IT Support Specialist providing essential end-customer support for one of Europe's leading IT service providers. Daily responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of end devices, encompassing inventory, registration, issuance, and return. The specialist will be the first point of contact, processing incoming service reports via hotline and ticketing systems, and handling the physical setup of workstations, including device delivery, cabling, and configuration. A key function is the classification of fault reports and the subsequent troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, with all steps meticulously documented in the system and knowledge database. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, proven experience in hardware/software support, and proficiency with Windows 10/11 and standard MS Office programs. The position offers excellent working conditions, a regulated 40-hour work week, and strong opportunities for permanent employment with the client company.
