IT Support Specialist | IT Support (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support services, focusing on incident resolution and end-user assistance within a major European IT service provider. The specialist will be responsible for processing incidents and service requests according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including participation in on-call duty. Key daily tasks include comprehensive troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of end devices such as PCs, notebooks, and printers. The successful candidate will also support users with mobile devices, diagnose and resolve network issues, and perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for client devices in an onsite support environment. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, experience in user support and troubleshooting, and strong proficiency in German and English, alongside familiarity with standard hardware and MS Office applications.

Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
