This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Germany's leading IT service providers, supporting a major client in Reutlingen. The core responsibilities involve providing essential on-site First and Second Level support, which includes thorough analysis and troubleshooting of hardware and software malfunctions. The specialist will serve as a crucial interface between end-users and the client's internal IT department, while also handling tasks within the manufacturing and server environments to ensure seamless operations and high service quality. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with practical experience in on-site support and standard hardware handling. Essential technical skills include strong knowledge of Active Directory, specifically Group Policies and authorization concepts, as well as networking fundamentals like DHCP, DNS, and Firewalls.
