IT Support Specialist for Executive Board | IT Support Vorstand (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves providing dedicated, professional IT support at the executive board level for a major client, Bayer AG, working through one of Europe's leading IT service providers. The specialist will manage IT tickets, ensuring compliance with specified Service Levels for end-users and conference room support. Key day-to-day activities include performing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) services, device repair, exchange, and restoration. The position requires meticulous documentation of inventory and assets in the knowledge database, proactive maintenance, and identifying and implementing preventative measures to ensure system stability. The ideal candidate holds a degree or certification in IT Systems Integration or similar, possesses strong experience supporting VIP clients, and demonstrates excellent proficiency in German and good proficiency in English, alongside familiarity with standard hardware and Windows environments.
