Job Summary

The Bundeswehr Central Hospital in Koblenz is seeking an IT Specialist/Computer Scientist to manage and maintain critical hospital IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include planning, controlling, monitoring, and executing the administration and configuration of server systems for the Hospital Information System (HIS) and its specialized subsystems, such as the Radiology Information System (RIS) and Laboratory Information System (LIS). The role involves significant responsibility for the deployment, operation, and planning of all IT systems within the hospital. Furthermore, the specialist will oversee and manage the continuous First- and Second-Level support for all system users, providing assistance via telephone and written communication. This position requires a commitment to professional development through regular training and willingness to undertake domestic business travel. The role offers permanent employment, flexible working hours (full-time or part-time), and the possibility of remote work (Homeoffice).
