Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced engineer or technician specializing in electrical engineering to take on the challenging position of Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (TBE). The core responsibilities involve the independent planning and implementation of complex electrical projects, covering service phases 1 through 7 (HOAI). The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring the quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of sustainable construction projects. Key tasks include developing planning content, performing calculations, and strictly adhering to relevant norms and regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN). You will coordinate closely with clients, specialist planners, and other project stakeholders. Candidates must possess a degree in electrical or related engineering fields, or a technical qualification combined with a Technician/Master certification, along with at least five years of professional experience in a TBE planning office.
